Dedication of the Banned Book Bookshelf in Memory of John Tuggle with Guest Speaker Loretta Casteen

Join us this Sunday, July 13, at 11 a.m. CDT for a special service to dedicate our new Banned Books Bookshelf in the sanctuary foyer. The Banned Books Bookshelf is dedicated to the memory of the late John Tuggle, Director of the Shreve Memorial Library System, who spoke out against censorship and anti-library legislation.
In addition to the dedication ceremony, the service will feature our guest speaker, author, artist, and librarian Loretta Casteen.
Members and friends are invited to donate one or more banned or challenged books from their personal collections to add to the bookshelf.
