Future Sitter’s Club: Meet & Learn

Come meet the people behind The Future Sitter’s Club and learn how to get involved! Whether you're a teen interested in becoming a sitter, a family looking for trusted care, or a neighbor who wants to help this movement grow; this event is for you.

We’ll be hanging out at the Shoreline Library from 2:00–3:00 PM and again from 4:00–5:00 PM with light snacks, drinks, and time to mingle. You’ll have the chance to connect with Teresa (Founder), Cory (Treasurer), and other members of the community in a laid-back, welcoming setting.

From 3:00–4:00 PM, we’ll shift into a short presentation (also streamed on Zoom and will be recorded for YouTube as well) to explain how the program works, how to join, and what’s ahead as we grow. We’ll cover:

How teens can apply, train, and get matched with families
How families can receive care
How to volunteer and support the program
This is a casual, community-focused event! No pressure, just come by, learn more, and say hi!
