An Evening of Original NW Rock featuring Palooka, Mid Century Mods, & Chime

Get ready for a night of electrifying original music from three standout bands rooted in the Northwest’s rich rock tradition.

Opening the show is Chimestone, a late-’90s Seattle alt-rock band recently featured on KING 5’s Evening Magazine. Their sound blends nostalgic vibes with a fresh take on classic alternative rock, making them the perfect act to kick things off.

Next up, Mid Century Mods deliver a punchy mix of Rock, Pop, and Power Pop, fusing melodic hooks with driving energy. They'll debut their new single, “Someone Else’s Problem,” dropping this week on all streaming platforms. A limited edition 45 RPM vinyl will also be available at the show.

Headlining the night is Palooka, a hard rock juggernaut built on thunderous riffs, searing dual guitars, and emotionally charged vocals. With deep roots in Seattle’s pre-grunge scene and past ties to bands like Overlord and Slaughterhaus 5, Palooka’s sound is raw, powerful, and unforgettable. Their influences range from Cheap Trick and KISS to Louis Armstrong and Evel Knievel, creating a bold, genre-bending sonic experience.
