The Milk

The Milk are a soul-funk band from Essex, formed by childhood friends Rick Nunn, Mitch and Luke Ayling, and Dan Le Gresley. Emerging from a music-banning school, they debuted in 2012 with Tales from the Thames Delta, blending 60s soul with hip-hop flair.

Their acclaimed second album, Favourite Worry, faced industry setbacks but triumphed with lush arrangements and critical praise. Cages followed, released just before COVID. Their upcoming fourth album, featuring lead single “Borderlands,” reflects personal and global upheaval. Known for powerful live shows and Rick Nunn’s soulful vocals, The Milk deliver cinematic soul with heartfelt authenticity and groove.
