Let's Walk and talk in appreciation, thankfulness and gratitude. Whether that's in conversation or quietude, enjoying the environment.

This is purely for friendship, exercise and community, it's not a therapy session.

Meet outside St Mary's church - walk around town, riverside maybe beach. Option to stay for a drink/bite to eat afterwards.
