After speaking with many of you, we understand that the advance booking system through Eventbrite hasn't been ideal for your needs. We're pleased to announce that we're making significant changes to accommodate your preferences:
No more advance bookings required - You can simply turn up on the day
All existing Eventbrite events are being cancelled
FREE PITCHES for May, June, and July! - Yes, you read that correctly!
Our goal is simple: more sellers = more buyers = a thriving fair for everyone. This three-month free period is our investment in building a successful long-term event that benefits our entire community.
If you would like to reserve a pitch in advance you can do so by emailing

New Fair Rules:
Gates open at 08:00 (pitches allocated first come, first served)
20 pitches available each month
All sellers must sign in and provide an email address for future event notifications
All seller vehicles must be off-site by 09:30
Sellers arriving after 09:30 are welcome but must unload off-site and carry goods to their pitch
The Fair opens to the public at 10:00
No seller vehicles allowed back on site until 14:00 when the fair closes to the public
We're excited about these changes and hope they make participating in our Monthly Militaria Fair both easier and more profitable for you.
