About the event

Gather, Sweat, Pause: A 5Rhythms end of year workshop

An afternoon workshop to gather, to dance, to sweat out the old year and turn towards the new; a time also to pause and call in gratitude for what we have and to send out hope for the year ahead.
We'll dance in the afternoon from 1pm to 4pm, and then gather and share food between 4pm-5pm, finishing early enough to catch trains or buses home.
