Specially designed & guided by Heather – this will introduce you to the power & potential of your breath, and teach you how to tap into & utilise your own resource at any time for supporting your capacity of physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
1. Breath for Presence & Calm
Lets journey into the grounding power of the breath. This session invites you to slow down, soften into the present moment, and regulate the nervous system. You’ll explore gentle techniques to shift from doing to being - perfect for calming overwhelm, reducing anxiety, and reconnecting with inner stillness.
2. Breath for Energy & Vitality
Breathe life into your body and being. This energising session focuses on breath practices that uplift and invigorate, helping to clear sluggishness, ignite your internal fire, and awaken your life force. You’ll leave feeling brighter, more motivated, and ready to move through your day with power and presence.
3. Breath for Clarity & Focus
Quiet the mental noise and sharpen your inner vision. In this session, we’ll work with breath patterns that enhance mental clarity, improve concentration, and align you with your intuitive intelligence. Ideal for those feeling scattered or stuck, this practice brings you back into focused alignment.
4. Breath for Stress & Release
Let go of what you’re holding—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This week focuses on the exhale as a powerful tool for release. You’ll learn breathwork techniques to discharge tension, soothe emotional pressure, and access a greater sense of spaciousness and ease in the body and mind.
5. Breath for Sleep & Restoration
Exhale your way into deep rest. This session supports your sleep rhythm and rest cycles through calming, slow breath techniques. You’ll explore ways to downshift your system in the evening and invite true restoration. Come in your cosies—this one’s dreamy.
6. Breath for Resilience & Inner Power
Come home to your strength. Our final session guides you into the breath as a source of inner resilience and empowerment. Learn how to anchor into your centre, build emotional stability, and access a deep trust in yourself—so you can navigate life with courage and grace.
