Gift yourself some time to relax, unwind and release any tension or stress with our Autumn Wellness Reset. A Yoga and Sound healing journey.

An opportunity to connect to your inner sanctuary of peace and calm.

We will start with a gentle yet energising yoga flow, connecting breath to movement with the intention of releasing and letting go of all that is no longer serving us as we tune in with the energy of Autumn.
Taking time to slow down, to connect to our breath and nourish our mind,body and soul.

We will then completely unwind with a Reiki infused Sound Bath. Lie back, relax and fully let go, float away to the beautiful tones and vibrations of the sound bowls into a deep meditive state as we invite in a peaceful, calming,loving energy and light.

You will return to and leave this space feeling renewed, rebalanced and realigned with an inner state of peace, calm, bliss and over all well-being.
Take this opportunity to reset and recharge as we head into the autumn season. I can not wait to share this magical time and space with you all.

Sound healing is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, epilepsy, seizures or the first trimester of pregnancy.
