神宮外苑練習会のご案内です！
集合場所：神宮絵画館前の広場
※噴水前0m地点ではありません！
開始時間：19:10
現地集合・現地解散
ストレッチ開始：19:10～ラン開始：19:20位～
【練習内容】
同じぺースのメンバーとペアを組み、7～8周のぺース走。
速いペアから10秒間隔でスタートする。
【神宮外苑の紹介】
神宮外苑は1周1.3kmです。
100mごとに表示がありキロ何分で走っているのかすぐに分かります。
またフラットのコースで走りやすいです。
【給水について】
2周〜３周ごとに給水を入れてください。
給水をご持参お願いします。
体調が悪い場合は、参加しないで下さい。
参加希望の方は各練習会のイベントの参加ボタンを必ず押下して下さい。
現地集合・現地解散です。
