About the event

Falling into Place: A Women's Circle.
A space where we remember what it feels like to trust our intuition, to claim our space and show radical responsibility towards ourselves.

About this Event

This circle is for the real stuff — the honest, unfiltered inner work that asks us to show up fully. We come together to be fully felt, fully seen, and fully heard. To embrace our power and presence without apology.

This is not about surface-level positivity — it’s about facing what’s real and choosing to be whole anyway. We are inviting you to feel deeper than the surface level. To allow yourself to fall back into you — to gently return to your own truth, your intuition, your fullest self.

Throughout the evening, we will gently move through layers of connection and reflection. We start by creating a sacred, welcoming space where vulnerability is honoured and trust is cultivated. Through heartfelt questions, we’ll open the door to genuine connection — getting to know one another beyond the usual masks, into the places where our true selves live.

We will invite our bodies to awaken with light, somatic movement that warms the body and mind, helping us settle into the present moment and into ourselves. This movement is simple but powerful — a physical reminder that we are embodied beings, worthy of presence and care.

Next, small group work allows us to witness and hold each other with compassion and authenticity. In these intimate circles, we share our stories, our struggles, and our triumphs. We see one another fully, and in that seeing, we find healing and strength.

Ultimately, this is a night to reconnect — to HER inside each of us. To the woman who knows her truth and claims her space. To the woman who shows up fully and fiercely in her own life. We end by gathering around the fire, sharing nourishing snacks and tea, wrapping the night in warmth, community, and celebration.

This circle is a calling to step into your fullness — not in spite of your scars and shadows, but because of them. Because here, you are held, you are honoured, and you are enough.

About the Location & What to Bring

We will be gathering outside on the yoga platform at Rising Moon Studio, a sacred and serene space nestled in nature just minutes from Edmonton and Sherwood Park. Unless there is a major rainstorm or severe weather, the event will be held outdoors under the open sky.

Please dress warmly and comfortably for the evening. We will provide ample warm tea, but we encourage you to bring:

  • Your journal and pen
  • A water bottle
  • Blankets or pillows to get cozy (we have extras on hand if needed)
  • Warm layers or extra clothing if you tend to feel chilly

Rising Moon Studio and the surrounding land are cared for with love and intention. This is a place of deep grounding, healing, and connection to the earth — a perfect container for you to fall back into yourself and the sisterhood gathered here.

A little bit about me!

I’m a wild-hearted traveller, always chasing horizons and stories across the globe — yet no matter where the roads take me, I find myself called back home. Back to the fire of my land, the pulse of my heart, and the sacred space where spirit and earth meet.

Rooted in the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of the wild, I’m a barefoot, soul-led hippy who believes in showing up fully — messy, fierce, tender, and free.

After months of wandering, teaching, and gathering stories, I’ve returned to answer the call back to women’s circles — to hold space for raw honesty, deep connection, and radical self-trust.

This work is my love song to women everywhere who crave belonging without masks, who want to step into their power unapologetically, and who hunger to feel fully alive in their bodies and souls.

Together, we reclaim the wildness within — the fierce softness, the grounded freedom, the unapologetic truth.

You deserve this. The whole you deserves to be nourished and celebrated. I can't wait to see you soon!

Evening Flow:

Opening Circle & Setting Intentions 6:30pmWe begin by gathering in a sacred circle, creating a safe, nurturing container for our time together. Here, we’ll set clear, heartfelt intentions for the evening — inviting presence, honesty, and openness.

Getting to Know Each OtherThrough thoughtful questions, we’ll gently open space to truly see and hear one another. This is about connection, curiosity, and beginning to build trust within the circle.

Light Movement & Heart ActivationTo awaken and warm our hearts and minds, we’ll move gently — simple somatic exercises designed to help us tune into our bodies and the present moment. This movement is soft yet powerful, helping us step fully into our space.

Small Group Work & Deep ConnectionWe’ll break into smaller groups for more intimate sharing and exercises that encourage vulnerability and mutual witnessing. This work is designed to help us feel our sisters deeply — to hold space for one another, and to be held ourselves.

Reconnecting to HER — To YouThis evening is a journey inward and outward. It’s about reconnecting with HER — the woman you truly are beneath the noise, expectations, and masks. To embrace your fullness, your intuition, and your power.

Closing by the Fire: Nourishment & Community 9:00pm

We’ll gather by the outdoor fire for warm chats, nourishing snacks, and soothing tea. My favourite part — serving you local, organic treats with love because we deserve to be satiated and nourished on every level — body, mind, and soul.
