Paint & Sip: Visualizing What Words Can't Touch invites you to slow down and express what words often can’t capture by giving shape, color, and texture to your inner world. 🖌️
♻️Using eco-conscious cardboard canvases and a variety of art supplies, you’ll have the space to create freely. Whether you're interpreting joy, anger, loneliness, or something entirely your own, this is an opportunity to externalize what often lives deep inside.💚
Held under the gazebo at Centennial Park, this event blends gentle reflection, artistic expression, and community connection. No experience needed, just a willingness to explore what’s going on inside🌿. Following the artmaking, we’ll open space for optional group sharing and wind down together with care and community.
🫖Let your emotions take form, and sip something soothing while you’re at it!

About the Facilitators:
💛Tyler (He/Him/il)💛 brings a creative and reflective approach to this event, shaped by his studies in Fine Arts at CEGEP and a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Clinical Psychology. With experience leading art workshops, Tyler is deeply interested in the connection between psychological processes and creative expression. His current focus lies in exploring how art can support emotional catharsis and recovery.
✨Lianne (She/Her/Elle)✨ is in her final year of a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Clinical Psychology at Bishop’s University and holds a CEGEP diploma in Social Sciences. As a Peer Support intern with Vent Over Tea, she supports events that foster emotional wellbeing and creative expression. For Lianne, where words fall short, art can give shape to what we carry inside.
🌳Regan (She/Her/Elle)🌳 is an outreach and events intern with Vent Over Tea, a psychology student and varsity athlete at Bishop’s University. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and sees movement as a tool for mental clarity and empowerment.
