Marmo Winemaker Dinner with Uco Deus
August 15, 2025 | 6–9 PM
Tickets: $125 Early Bird / $145 General
Limited to 14 Guests
Join us for a unique and intimate dining experience at Marmo as we welcome Fernando Cantini, founder and winemaker of Uco Deus, for an evening of elemental food and expressive wines.
This special four-course dinner is curated by Marmo’s founder, Isa Radojcic, alongside head chef Sarah Alter. Each course is designed to highlight the vibrancy and structure of Uco Deus wines—crafted exclusively in clay amphorae using traditional methods that date back over 8,000 years.
Uco Deus wines are made from estate-grown, organic grapes cultivated at 1,300 meters above sea level in Paraje Altamira, nestled against the Andes Mountains. With a focus on minimal intervention, cold fermentation, and amphora aging, these wines are vivid, textural, and deeply rooted in place. Fernando will be here in person, visiting from Argentina, to pour each wine and share stories from the vineyard.
