This intimate four-course dinner will showcase four beautifully selected wines, each paired with a dish crafted by Perry Culinary Services, inspired by the vineyard’s sense of place and structure. From single-varietal bottlings to old-world blends, each pour will tell the story of Red Mountain’s sun-soaked slopes, lovingly farmed and expertly expressed.
