Therapeutic Dance Workshop

⭐️About Workshop: 'When words aren't enough'. Sometimes we just don't have the words to express what we are feeling on the inside. In this workshop we will creatively explore our thoughts, feelings and movements to help connect to our bodies and understand what they are communicating to us. To take part in this workshop you don't need to have previous dance experience - all are welcome!

⭐️About me: Jen is a registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist and has experience working with both adults and young people from a range of different cultures and backgrounds. She is passionate about connecting with people from the community and journeying together to find their fullest potential in life.
