Stories from the blessed field - Open Mic at Heely People's Park

Come join us for a magical evening of traditional storytelling under the appearing stars at Heeley People's Park.

Bring your tales/songs/warm clothes and as we wend our way through Heely People's Park stopping for stories as we go.

If you would like to tell a story we would love to hear it and it should be well rehearsed and up to ten minutes long. Book a slot to tell when you arrive. If you prefer just to listen you are also very welcome because our tellers love to have an audience.

Let's gather for an evening of song and stories as the bats appear!


We will meet at The Crow's nest by View Rd at 7.15 to start at 7.30 p.m. Suggested donation £5
IF THE WEATHER IS A LOT OF RAIN we will be at The Fat Cat instead.

Plenty of local pubs nearby to get a drink after.
