Welcome to Space to Breathe Open Day!
Space to Breathe’s first ever Open Day will be taking place between 9.30am and 4.30pm at our base here at Scotia Works. The day is free and you can pop along anytime. Come and drop in and meet the team, try a Restorative Yoga Taster, see our range of services, experience our approach to Mindfulness and Meditation and so much more.
This day is designed for anyone who wants to find out more about who Space to Breathe are and what they do.
