Expect a warm welcome from Tom and Helen as we gather to hear about the benefits of sauna use and how to enjoy safely. As folk dip in and out of the sauna, cold shower natural skin treatments.

There'll be time to chill on deck chairs amongst the meadows, make smores on the campfire, gaze at the stunning views across the valley, lay in hammocks, tree bath, rope swings and woodland play.
We'll gather together to finish with a hot chocolate, mindful moment and reflection.
*Family session*
For children aged 7 plus and their parent/guardian. This is due to insurance, no children under 7 can access the sauna. Children must be supervised while in the sauna. Under 7s welcome - Helen can hold/play whilst parent saunas! Team up with pals and take it in turns.
*Teenager sessions*
For teens (age 12-18) and their parent/guardian. Teens must be accompanied by their grownup whilst in sauna.
*Adults Only*
No kiddos please! Come and enjoy some serious chills and you time.
