Our weekly Parkinson’s Class, held in partnership with Parkinson’s UK Sheffield, is specially designed to support people with Parkinson’s to:

✅ Build strength
✅ Improve balance
✅ Maintain mobility
✅ Feel more like themselves again

🕑 Thursdays at 11am | £10 per session
📍 Community Wellness Centre, 863 Ecclesall Road, S11 8TJ

A welcoming gym-based session, filled with movement, encouragement and community.
