If so, we are offering you a FREE session at Rivelin Woodland Skills. and Rivelin Outdoor Skills as part of an Occupational Therapy undergraduate research project. Nicola conducting the research lives in Sheffield and attends the University of Derby. I will be facilitating these sessions for her.

-MORINING 10-12 CONSERVATION -MAKING A WILDLIFE MEADOW
-AFTERNOON 1-3 pm NATURE CRAFT -HAPA ZOME, NATURAL FRAMES AND NATURE WEAVING

As an Occupational Therapist myself who now suspects I have had ADHD all my life, has denied and masked it, and has consequently suffered with life changing BURNOUT, I am interested to understand what helps and why. I know the space that Rivelin Woodland Skills. and Crookes Wellbeing Allotment has been key to my recovery, helping me become calmer, more grounded, helping me to process my thoughts and emotions.
It is my mission at Rivelin Outdoor Skills, to help others to overcome difficulties they have in their lives due to neurodivergence and help them to thrive.
