Free Consults for Runners 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

On SAT 14th February I will be back offering FREE 20-minute consultations at MyRaceKit North, Sharrow Vale Road, Sheffield.

I will be looking to help you understand your feet better and what to look out for when fitting new running shoes.

I will be bringing along my Footscan pressure mat for you to walk over and stand which will provide lots of information about how you load your feet and how they work.

Not only is this scan useful for fitting shoes, but it is also a great tool if you are suffering from pain or discomfort or an injury, as it can help identify what might be the cause.
