Flow & Froth
This one-of-a-kind experience blends mindful movement with your favorite beverage, included with your ticket, all in an intimate and welcoming setting.
Tickets are required to reserve your spot (only 15 available).
Tickets: $20 per person
Includes: a yoga class and one large beverage of your choice from The Parlor’s menu.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any preferred props.
Doors will open at 6:50 AM, and class will begin promptly. Participants will receive their drinks after class and are welcome to stay and hang out as The Parlor opens for the day.
