Wildfarmed rosemary focaccia, olive oil, balsamic (VG)
Salami, pickled pepper, pecorino, fried sage
Roasted vegetables, baked ricotta, kale pesto (V)
For Main: Porchetta - Slow-roasted pork belly rolled with garlic & sage
Risotto Alla Milanese - Arborio rice cooked in white wine, saffron, butter & parmesan (V)
The Sides: Crushed white beans, confit garlic oil, parsley, parmesan (V)
Grilled courgette, chickpea, oregano, lemon (VG)
Roasted garlic & rosemary new potatoes (VG)
To Finish: Tiramisu layered Genoise sponge, coffee mousse, chocolate ganache cocoa powder
