Bennett Holland is a Sheffield based singer and keys player who has worked with many respected artists. He was awarded ‘Keyboard Player of the Year’ in the British Blues Awards and is an official Hammond Europe artist. In recent years, he has worked extensively with various prominent UK blues-rock bands, including King King, Laurence Jones and Aynsley Lister, as well numerous international dance and electronic artists, including Sheffield’s Toddla T. Earlier in his career, he performed with renowned singer-songwriter Richard Hawley and with live Groove Armada side-project, Weekend Players. He is presently touring and recording with French blues-rock artist Manu Lanvin and famous French actor/singer Gérard Lanvin. Expect material from the likes of the Spencer Davis Group, Booker T, The Meters, Donny Hathaway and John Scofield. The band’s sound is a tasty mix of Hammond driven 60s R&B, classic soul, blues, jazz and serious grooves!
