3D Connect: Dear England, Culture, Teamwork, and Purpose

DEAR ENGLAND, CULTURE, TEAMWORK, AND PURPOSE

Finding the right people, managing them, dealing with change and those who resist it, developing a real team focus and creating a culture that maximises the performance and potential of your people....Sound familiar?

October's 3D Connect is all about this and takes inspiration and lessons from Dear England, an amazing production that's currently on a nationwide tour after a successful run in London. It's all about Gareth Southgate's attempts to change the culture in and out of the Engalnd team. It comes to Sheffield 21st to 25th October - get a ticket if you can - there aren't many left! It's also currently being made into a film - it's big!

Don't worry, it's not just about football, you don't have to be a football fan to enjoy the play or benefit from the session. It's all about change, it's all about culture, about people, purpose, and belonging. It's so transferrable to business.... and life!

We couldn't miss the opportunity to visit Sheffield Theatres during the time of this production. There'll be..

• Input from senior theatre leaders transferring the lessons to business
• We're also hoping to be joined by a local football club (all will be revealed soon!)
• Successful 3D Connect members sharing their own culture stories.

It's a 'Not To Be Missed' event for ANYONE looking to improve levels of engagement in their business.

ps. We'd love to say we'll have Gareth Southgate will be there, but even Jill isn't that influential! Saying that, he is also touring and has a book about to come out based on this called 'Lessons In Leadership' - we're seeing him in York).

For 'fully signed up' 3D Connect members, its free... and for initial 'Look And See-ers' it's £15 plus VAT.

The 'Look and See' option is a one off. If you like what you see then we'd love you to sign up and join us as a Member - we hope you do!

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

Arrival from 8.30am, we'll have a breakfast and start officially at 9am. We will finish officially at 10.30am.
