Join us every other Thursday from 11am to 2pm at the Eastern Sheppey Community Hub, Nutts Ave, Leysdown-on-Sea, Sheerness ME12 4QQ.

At One You Kent, we’re here to support your health and wellbeing. Our dedicated teams from One You Lifestyle and Smokefree are on hand to provide free services, including blood pressure tests and health advice.
