About the event

KinFit 50

The KinFit 50 classes provide a low-impact workout with light to moderate intensity. We incorporate chairs, walls, and the floor (or mat, if desired), and welcome participants aged 40 and up.

Exercises can be adjusted to meet individual needs, with a strong emphasis on proper form, functional movements, flexibility, balance, and strength.
