Summer Yoga at the Ponds

community, and nature. This session with instructor Barbara Holt will make use of the deck areas at Maywood’s ponds. Please note participants will need to walk down and up a hill to access the pond area. Participants should bring a yoga mat and blanket and may want to consider bringing insect repellent and sunscreen. In case of inclement weather, sessions will be held indoors. Drop- in participants if space allows. Drop-in rate is $12/class. Barbara is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation in a variety of settings. She is an iRest Level 2 teacher.
