Springtime Gnocchi

Join Chef Trevor to celebrate these timeless, pillowy light dumplings. In this class, we’ll make classic potato gnocchi from scratch. Add a flavorful sauce, creamy cheese or maybe even some sautéed vegetables to your gnocchi, and you’ll have a hearty meal that will please even your hungriest guests. In this class, we’ll lighten it up for spring by featuring a delicious and bright basil pesto.
