The newly formed Monroe County Dementia Coalition is excited offer this very special Dementia Care & Caregivers Forum on Thursday, October 9, 2025, featuring TEEPA SNOW, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA.
Charlie and Ginny Kirkwood, along with the Kirkwood family of Shawnee, are pleased to host this event at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort, Pennsylvania.

Morning session -- DEMENTIA ACROSS THE HEALTHCARE SETTING - 8:30 - 11:30AM $20

Afternoon Session -- NAVIGATING THE JOURNEY OF DEMENTIA 1:00 - 4:00PM $20
