WTF - Walk the Forest Nature Immersion

Slow down. Breathe deep. Reconnect with the natural world. Join us for a gentle immersion in nature -- a guided invitation based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (immersing in the forest atmosphere). This is not a hike, but a slow, sensory-rich walk designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and open the heart. During this one hour experience, we will move slowly through the open meadow and forested trail, pause for mindful invitations, and connect with nature.
