WTF - Walk the Forest Nature Immersion

Slow down. Breathe deep. Reconnect with the natural world. Join us for a gentle immersion in nature -- a guided invitation based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (immersing in the forest atmosphere). This is not a hike, but a slow, sensory-rich walk designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and open the heart. During this hour and a half experience, we will move slowly through the open meadow and forested trail, pause for mindful invitations, and connect with nature.
