Breath & Sound Journey Meditation with Moses Love

You will be welcomed into the sacred space.

We will start with some guided breathing and Sound Toning to tune the collective instrument and prepare us to receive..

You will be invited to lay down and get cozy as Moses guides you on a journey into the sacred chamber of your heart.

Experience the healing sounds of your own breath, the Gong, Tibetan Healing Bowl, Chimes, Drum, Guitar, Harmonium along with Moses voice and the blissful sound of silence.

Everyone is invited.

No experience necessary.

Bring blanket, pillow, and mat.
