POUND Fitness Class with Toni Haubach

POUND Rockout workout at Perry Cook with Toni!

Join us for an exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements - using lightly weighted drumsticks.

This workout is designed for all fitness levels, and can be enjoyed and modified for anybody. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes - bring a yoga mat, if you have one.

Your first class is FREE, so give it a try and discover your inner rock star! Subsequent classes are $7.00 each, payable to the instructor (cash or Venmo).
