Mt. Shasta has long drawn spiritual seekers from all over the world, and now we will bask in all of her glory! Shama Mama, Karen Adamski, and myself are thrilled to be co-facilitating this week together for the second time. Our retreat will be dedicated to meditation, creative expression, drumming, day trips to the sacred mountain, writing, chilling, naps and star gazing.

Michelle Francois-Walsh is an educator, spiritual seeker, and creator of My Village Well.
