Been curious about trying SLAM? Join us as we visit a new space, and let our kids enjoy the playgrounds and [FREE] splash pad/creeks afterwards!

10:00am-11:00am: Mama workout SLAM class
11:00am- ? : Stay and play!

What to Bring:
(For Class)
✅ Stroller (for children 4 and under)
✅ Blanket for sitting (children 5 and up)
✅ Pair of dumbbells
✅ Yoga Mat
✅ Water bottle
✅ Small toys/books/tablets for kids to use during class

(For Play Afterwards)
✅ Swim suits or extra set of clothes
✅ Towels
✅ Sunscreen
✅ Snacks/packed lunch (if you want!)
