Shannon Community Network: Arts, Heritage and Culture Task Group

This is your chance to help shape the future of Shannon! Our Task Group has already identified exciting initiatives to make our town more creative and to celebrate and educate people on our rich heritage and culture.

At this meeting, we’ll be focusing on:
🎭 Culture Night – Planning for September 19th in Drumgeely Plaza
🏆 Creative Places Award 2025 – Let’s build our Creative Team and put this amazing opportunity to work for Shannon
🏡 Hastings Cottage – Exploring how we can support this local gem as a community
☘️ St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2026 – It’s never too early to get planning, and we’ll be forming a sub group to get creative with floats.
