An invitation for you to take a pause and unplug from everything for a few hours.
I’ll be inviting you to rest deeply, receive fully, and reconnect with your own still & quiet center.
We’ll begin with a nourishing tea ceremony, brewed to soften our hearts, open our senses, and invite us into the gentle presence of Mother Earth.
Then, surrender into a lying down sound journey, held in a cocoon of my soothing voice, Irish intuitive airs, and healing sound vibrations. Allow yourself to be completely supported as you root down, soften, and open to what wants to move in you and through you.
This is an invitation to just pause, to lie back and do absolutely nothing but simply receive this beautiful gift to nourish your spirit and replenish your soul.
No prior experience of yoga or meditation required! This is for everyone.
We will finish with light, grounding refreshments, helping you integrate and carry this gentle warmth back into your life.
There are only 10 places available, so this will an intimate, cosy, and tender afternoon designed to help you reset, recharge, and remember your own beautiful glowing light.
