September draws us toward into Autumn - a time of balance and harvest.
It invites us to pause, to reflect on what has ripened in our lives, and to give thanks for the fruits of our work, our relationships, and our inner growth.
This is the heart of harvest moment to soften, to listen, and to acknowledge all that has quietly come and gone in our lives for fruition.
You are invited to just lie back and simply receive.
You’ll be held in a cocoon of sound, with intuitive Gaelic airs, my own original songs, and healing frequencies.
Let this be your sacred pause, a space to restore, soften, and come home to yourself.
