Want to talk to a Social Prescriber?

Need some help with issues relating to wellbeing, getting more active, mental health, being more healthy, making new friends, getting out and about, staying socially connected, living independently, debts, finances or benefits? Come on down and have a chat! You will be met with a warm smile, a friendly face and most of all a non judgemental and independent support offer.

We are available for drop in chats between 12-2 most Thursdays- please check the events page before heading down, just in case!
