BBQ School - Kamado Joe BBQ Advanced Class

Take your BBQ game to the next level with our Kamado Joe Advanced Class — designed for grill enthusiasts who are ready to dive deeper into the power and precision of ceramic cooking. Whether you've been cooking on a Kamado Joe for years or just want to unlock its full potential, this hands-on course will elevate your skills and flavour profiles. Led by Pete Oakley (thebeardedfoodie) and Luke Novell (novycooks), the session runs from 10.30am to 4.00pm and covers advanced techniques like multi-zone cooking, low & slow smoking, and high-temp searing. You’ll also master accessories like the Joetisserie and DoJoe, and gain insider tips on wood smoke pairing and charcoal strategies. The session includes tastings of everything we cook, and you’ll leave with printed recipes and technique guides. Unlimited free soft drinks are included, with hot drinks and alcohol available to purchase. At the end of the class, attendees will also receive access to exclusive, limited-time offers on selected BBQ products. Expect a great atmosphere among fellow BBQ enthusiasts as you learn and share tips in a relaxed, fun setting.
