September Reset Week: Yoga, Mindfulness & Restoring

Take some time for yourself and enjoy that back to school freshness.
Join us in the Gardens for a week of refreshing, resetting and reclaiming….


Danielle, from The Journey Yoga Studio, will be running drop-in taster sessions of yoga and mindfulness. Slow down, draw breath and welcome in a new season.

PROGRAMME TO FOLLOW


ALL THE INFO YOU NEED:

Sessions will be drop-in.

No additional charge after the usual garden entry

Meet in Walled Garden for yoga and Himalayan Hut (in Walled Garden) for mindfulness.

If the weather is bad we will use an indoor space. We will put up a chalk board with the location if different from Walled garden.

Please arrive on time for the sessions, out of respect for Danielle we would ask that you don't join once the class has begun.

Bring your own mat

No experience needed, all very welcome.

SOME INFO ON OUR TEACHER..

Danielle is a mindfulness teacher and yoga teacher who is super passionate about sharing the power of mindfulness and movement in ways that can easily fit it into daily life.

She brings a unique approach to her sessions with the aim to provide the tools needed to add a little calm into the lives of others, helping them to develop mindful attitudes to everyday living.
