Holy Carp @ 7 Cedars

Holy Carp is the Olympic Peninsula’s freshest party band. They may be an irreverent bunch, but they are serious musicians, with decades of professional experience (and not a few tours with Grammy-winning artists) between them. With a high-energy, groove-heavy mix of classic covers and clever originals, spanning pop and rock to blues, jazz, soul, and country, Holy Carp’s sound packs a punch. Their first two shows, at the Uptown Pub in January and May, created significant buzz in and around Port Townsend. Now, with word starting to spread around the Peninsula, it’s only a matter of time before this fun-loving band becomes a favorite on the regional circuit.
