About the event

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc: "Why Muscle Matters" with Donald Charles Campbell, DO

Join us on Thursday, June 19 for a discussion with Dr. Donald Charles Campbell of UPMC Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Campbell will explain how resistance training can increase health span and longevity and will demonstrate how to use equipment at the outdoor fitness station.

Participants will meet at the UPMC Northwest Walking Trail Pavilion at 5 pm. Registration is not required. In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled. Please wear footwear appropriate for exercise.

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc is a free, physician-led walking group hosted by the Northwest Hospital Foundation. It's a no-commitment, fun and safe way to exercise and learn about health with a UPMC Northwest physician.
