The simplest way to experience the sun’s energy is to step outside and sit with it. In this class, we will intentionally connect with the solar energy, grounding ourselves and allowing the light to fill and restore us.
⚠️ Please be mindful not to look directly at the sun and protect yourself with clothing or sunscreen.

💛 This is a FREE Event!
In Person:
Bring a blanket or towel to sit on the grass.
Journals/pens are welcome if you’d like to note your experience.
Phones: We invite you to leave them in your car or inside the business to stay present. If you prefer to keep yours, please silence it.
We’ll gather on the grassy area surrounding COU and begin promptly at 12 Noon. Each person’s time with the energy may differ—plan for at least 30 minutes. Afterwards, we’ll share steps, reflections, and discussion.
Online:
Find a sunny spot outdoors where you can sit comfortably on the earth.
Ensure you have stable service for this first class.
You’ll receive guidance to practice on your own as well.
