Fermenting: Old Ways, Living Food
Fermenting: Old Ways, Living Foods is a hands-on class focused on the art of fermentation. Participants will learn how to make fermented hot sauces, sauerkraut, and kombucha, using time-honored methods that have been passed down for generations.

Fermenting foods offers many benefits, including improved gut health, enhanced nutrient absorption, natural preservation without additives, and support for a healthy immune system. This class will help you confidently incorporate fermented foods into your everyday kitchen while preserving food the heritage way.

This class is $90 and includes lunch. You can also sign up for all 5 classes for $400.
