About the event

Milled Grains: From Grain to Table
Milled Grains: From Grain to Table is a class focused on the art of milling grains and using freshly milled flour in everyday baking. Participants will learn how to mill grains, bake with them successfully, and make a rich, homemade butter—the perfect finishing touch to a warm, freshly milled loaf of bread.

This class includes a presentation covering the history of wheat and milling, the science of the wheat berry, a live milling demonstration, and success stories from Veritas customers who have implemented fresh-milled grains in their homes. You’ll also hear from a local fresh-milled baker who will share her own experience and how she incorporates fresh-milled grains into her business.

This is truly a class you won’t want to miss. Class is $125 and includes lunch. You can also sign up for all 5 classes for $400.
