Cheese Making: From Milk to Table

Cheese Making: From Milk to Table is a hands-on class that introduces participants to the art of making cheese at home. You’ll learn the fundamentals of cheese making, how to build your own cheese press, and gain practical knowledge you can take straight back to your kitchen.

This class walks through the process of turning simple ingredients into delicious, homemade cheese while highlighting traditional methods that make cheese making approachable and rewarding for everyday homesteaders.

This class is $90 and includes lunch. You can also sign up for all 5 classes for $400.
