Donation Workshop Weekend - Chandra Namaskar: Moving & Flowing With The Moon (with Alison)

Join us for a weekend of Donation based Workshops presented by the graduating Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary 300 hr. teacher training students! Treat yourself to a retreat-like weekend with a variety of specialized topics. Take one or take them all! All proceeds benefit Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary Labyrinth.

In yoga we recognize the duality of the body and mind, which can be likened to the duality of the sun and moon. Two energies yoking as one. In this workshop we will focus on the opposing energy, the cooling, calming and renewing energy of the moon.

This lunar force comes in cycles, and as yoga practitioners we need to honor our bodies and minds throughout the various ebbs of energy. Join us for a workshop where we will explore the lunar lineage in our yoga practice, complete with a Chandra Namaskar based hatha practice, pranayama (breathwork) and a guided meditation.
