Sonic Free Fall, An Autumn Equinox Gong Nidra Sound Journey

Celebrate the Fall Equinox with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, enhanced by the healing vibrations of the gong, and accompanying sound journey. As the day and night come to balance as we transition from summer heat to fall colors, this is an auspicious time to reflect on the transitions within. You’ll be gently guided into a state of conscious rest—between wakefulness and sleep—while the resonant tones of the gong support deep relaxation, energetic release, and mental clarity.

Aligned with the equinox's themes of balance and change, this experience invites you to embrace the light within and around you, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and inspired.

To fully relax during this experience, it’s helpful to bring comfort items like an additional yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or eye mask. When your body is supported and free from discomfort, it’s much easier to let go and sink into the deep, meditative states that the sound is meant to awaken.
